  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
